MY PROCEDURE

These days I usually find your property on Google Earth where I can orient direction and property lines. Then, using Street View, I can see your home. Once I've done this I'll confirm with you to make sure everything is correct as Google Earth and Street View are not always completely accurate. Sometimes, depending on your location, computer images are not available in which case you can email me any missing data. Then I can remote dowse your home or property. Before I do this, however, it is important that you tell me exactly what you are experiencing and why you feel you need a clearing as it is not always best to do a remote dowsing before a property is cleared. I will send you a report as to my findings either before or after the clearing depending on the circumstances.

Locally, I will come to your property and dowse for any or all geopathic stress. For homes, a complete diagnostic includes inside the dwelling with a particular focus on areas where people gather or spend long stretches of time. Bed locations are always of particular importance. As I read your home you may find some real answers to mysteries surrounding family and pet behaviors and maladies. I will also assess effects upon your plants, trees, shrubs and pertinent outbuildings; whatever structure or area you are interested in clearing. Any spirits or entities on the property or within the home or structures will be noted. Businesses are similarly assessed while paying particular attention to areas such as the entrance, computer locations, employee stations, break rooms, mechanicals, accident-prone areas, cash register locations, etc.
 

The option of manual or Nature Clearing will be assessed (I almost always use Nature Clearings now) and any immediate need for clearing will be performed if desired. Earth acupuncture takes effect almost immediately while a Nature Clearing may take up to 24 hours from time of initiation. The Nature Clearing is performed off-site and from my workplace as many flower essences and soil amendments are used during a meditative protocol. It usually takes about an hour to perform a remote clearing unless there is a significant negative history about the property. The co-creative  process (nature/remote clearing) I employ was developed by Machaelle Wright at Perelandra. There are several other methods I sometimes use should there be a specific need or urgency.

While I can remote dowse a property, nothing is better than being on-site where visual clues and sensations are important. I prefer my travel areas be limited to: Fidalgo and Whidbey Islands (as far as Oak Harbor), Mount Vernon, Burlington, La Conner, Sedro-Wolley, Bay View, Edison and Bow.

These services are performed for those I meet along the path, people I have previously helped or anyone locally who has found my business card. At this time I am no longer accepting work from anyone outside of my local. The fee for a clearing is $100.

It should be noted that the world is not static. While the energies cleared will not return, new ones gradually will. For instance, there are usually more underground streams in rainy weather or during a spring thaw because of the hydrological cycle and the nature of local geology and land management. This water may come from far away and may not always be determined by local weather as one might assume. Construction, soil disturbances, tragic human events, geologic movement, energetic anomalies, dams, deforestation, etc. can affect your spot on the earth. I can perform tune-ups whenever necessary (a tune-up is 1/2 the price of the original clearing).
